Lori has over 35 years in the hospitality management and customer service industry, she has had a passion to help animals her entire life and now has the opportunity to do so. Lori will go out of her way to do whatever she can do to make you and your pet feel warm and welcome in our hospital and takes a special interest in making sure you return and tell others of your great experiences. Lori’s management style is a hands-on style of management and leads by example. Her attention to detail is a welcome addition to our already great team! When not working, she enjoys her time cooking, gardening, fishing and being on the water. She is the proud mom of four children as well as 4 rescue kitties!
Alex, Head Surgical Technician
Alex comes to us with 5 years in the veterinary field and an equine background. With her background and passion for animals, she has been a valuable member of our family here. Her warmth and compassion for both people and animals are infectious. She loves everything about her position, especially meeting new patients and learning new skills.
Alex loves to ride her horse and spend time with her animal family which includes 3 dogs, 3 cats, and a ferret.
Brittany, Veterinary Technician Assistant
Brittany has been working with animals since 2005. Her caring and calm demeanor is a blessing for clients, their owners, and the entire staff. Brittany has been learning all aspects of the veterinary business and always offers a hand no matter what the duty may be.
She has made her passion turn into a profession, and that is helping animals. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys taking her two sons fishing, to the movies, and to the local parks and zoos.
Katrina is a proud graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in biology and a passion for helping animals.
She has been helping animals since 2012 and aspires to become a veterinarian, able to care for any animal in need. Katrina enjoys learning new things, spending time with her family, and taking care of her two-family rescue dogs, Viper and Harmony.
Dakota Kiebler, Receptionist
Dakota, who likes to be called “Koda” comes to us from the hospitality world, where she worked under our practice manager, Lori for a few years. There she learned the importance of top-notch customer service, that begins with the initial phone call. Koda is passionate about all animals and has two fur-babies at home. She is known for her generosity, where she has paid for clients with her own money so they could have the treatment they needed. When Koda is not working, she works with some of the local rescues to help in any way possible. She also enjoys good food, spending time with her family and hanging out with her dogs, Zena and Pax!
Cinthia, Veterinary Receptionist
Cinthia has had a love for animals ever since she can remember. Growing up there was always an animal presence that made her adolescent life joyful and memorable. She began working with pets in 2015 and has over 6 years of customer service experience. She is known for her friendly persona and determination to work hard and complete any task given to her. Cinthia enjoys tuning into her creative side in her free time doing things such as; embroidering, sculpting, painting, and thrifting. She also enjoys spending quality time with her cat Hoshi!
